OpenCDS version 1.2 is now expected to be released in mid 2013 (postponed from December 2012).  We are currently planning for this release to include the following, although the release version may vary slightly from this description:

• Database management of the Knowledge Repository (KR)
  • will default to a local Derby database
  • can be configured to use any database supported by JDBC
• A management interface GUI, with the following features
  • update / change / delete structured knowledge, including:
    • executable Knowledge Modules (KMs) for Drools
    • Supporting Knowledge blobs for KMs
    • Supported Terminology code sets
    • Supported OpenCDS Concepts
    • OpenCDS Concept Mappings
• Cache management (including selective / total cache refresh) without restarting server
• Enhanced debugging features
